Dead On A Sunday is not just a band; it’s a phenomenon that transcends traditional categorizations. Fronted by vocalist and producer, Ross Ryan, the group’s inventive approach to blending rock, dark-wave, emo punk, and goth music has not only captivated audiences but also resulted in the creation of a new genre, firmly establishing the band’s place in the annals of modern music history.

Hailing from the shadows of Denver, CO, Dead On A Sunday burst onto the scene in 2022 with the debut album, “Strange Days,” a sonic journey that showcased the band’s songwriting prowess and versatility as a musicians, seamlessly blending elements from various genres to create a sound uniquely their own.

This amalgamation of influences has resonated deeply with fans, establishing the band as a rising force in the music industry.

Lauded as one of Alternative Press’ “100 Bands You Need to Know,” THE FUNERAL PORTRAIT have relentlessly toured across the country opening for acts including Shinedown, Underoath, Skillet, From Ashes To New, Starset and Pvris as well as being featured on the main stage at Inkcarceration Festival. The band’s intention for their music is to represent ‘outcasts’ from all walks of life–the weird, the misunderstood, the marginalized–and offer a safe and accepting community.
